SureCheck™

SureCheck is available from the Opportunity Detail page in the Salesforce and uses Monte Carlo simulation to calculate the likely close date, stage progress information and the win probability for an individual opportunity.

SureCheck models are automatically generated from your Salesforce opportunity history.  The models are based on the overall completion history of each opportunity type for each opportunity. Simulation and statistical analysis produce three data values:

  • The 80 percent confidence close date.
  • The stage the opportunity should be in today to close on time.
  • The win probability based on the current stage progress
    The 80 percent confidence close date is displayed as the SureCheck projected close date and compared to the Salesforce Close Date, as shown in the screen below.

    Based on the same general models, it computes the stage the opportunity should be in to close on time and compares it to the actual stage currently set in Salesforce. Finally, SureCheck calculates the simulated probability of Close-Win and compares it to the Salesforce value.  SureCheck allows the user to input a partial stage completion percentage which is used during simulation and can be saved to your Salesforce database.
